Easy help.Go to Control panel then Centrum for easy access and there gona be the section to set up your cursor which call "OPTIMIZATION OF SCREEN".

Oh, man you had been in a wrong section.Probably you went to the section MOUSE which is wrong. You have to go to the section CENTRUM FOR EASY ACCESS.....
