Bit03 - BMI1 ; is inside Family 15 Models 00h-0Fh & 10h-1Fh BKDG (could be found on OR-C0, TN-A1 & RL-A1)
Section E.4.2 - CPUID Fn8000_0001_CX
Bit17 - TCE ; is inside Family 15h Models 10h-1Fh BKDG
Bit19 - NodeID ; is inside Family 15h Models 10h-1Fh BKDG
The other problem is that I could buy AMD Kabini based Laptops and Richland based Laptops but cant get an updated/current nonNDA
