Hello -
I have an application that sometimes crashes on PCs running Radeon video cards when Triple Buffering is enabled. Would it be possible to either:
a: Detect when triple buffering is enabled and pop up a warning before launching the OGL window
b: Force disabling of Triple Buffering when my application is running?
Thanks!
Hello,
Can you please provide more information so I can find the right person to answer your question?
For example -- what application are you working on? Is it a game? Are you using DirectX? etc.
Thanks!
Kristen
It's a control application for a gaming device. The heads up display is rendered in OpenGL. You can find the application here:

I didn't find anyone in house, so I posted the question on AMD gaming forums. Hopefully, we'll get a helpful reply from the Gaming forums folks.

Here's a reply from the gaming forums -- "You could make a preset for your 3D applications....one with it enabled and one with it disabled. Then right click on the tray icon and select which you want. Or, make a application profile for that particular game with it enabled or disabled."
