I am trying to get the gDebugger visual studio plugin running but it does not work. I used the simplest sample from AMD APP - HelloCL. When I tried to step into enqueueNDRangeKernel, I got this error message: "Could not debug kernel. Kernel debugging is only supported on GPU devices." I did see the OpenCL program objects in the gDebugger explorer, opened the openCL source and tried to set a break point, it would not work.
I installed the latest Catalyst 12.4 and gDebugger 6.2, I am using Radeon HD 7xxx card.
