I'm not talking about the triple buffer frame-queuing that D3D will do if you tell it to make a swap chain with 3 buffers in it, I want to do true triple buffering with two back buffers like in this article:

Apparently there's a free tool out there ("D3DOverrider" which comes in the RivaTuner download package) which forces true triple buffering on in applications that launch on your computer. Why isn't this more well-known, and how can I apply this to my game's code?
