Sorry that my english isnt perfect. I have a problem with graphic ati driver (win7 64bit)
So, forcing turning off v-sync in CCC doesnt work. Nvidia driver on windows 7 doesn't have this problem. I suggest to fix it. I have been searching how to solve this problem but there isnt any good solution. The game which i was checking it on is 2D but turning off vsync should work too.
