Hi there,

is there something like an AVX emulator - for the upcomming Bullzoder architecture - so that developers can already start writing/testing code for it?

Also a profiler would be nice.

Have a look a the SimNow! simulator for AVX emulation.  The public version of SimNow! available at developer.amd.com contains several "virtual platforms", but you'll be interested in using the vp_bd_phase1.bsd virtual platform file, which contains a CPU core model supporting the Bulldozer Instruction Set Architecture, which includes AVX and FMA4.
