ati-driver-installer-10-12-x86.x86_64.run seems to install fine but aticonfig returns no supported adapters detected.

if SDK does not work with ubuntu 10.04 why this distributive is mentioned on page http://developer.amd.com/gpu/ATIStreamSDK/pages/DriverCompatibility.aspx as Supported Operating System???
