Is it possible to use OpenCL on a HD 4650 AGP card installed in an Athlon XP system ?
Why not, 4650 is in list of supported cards (http://developer.amd.com/gpu/ATIStreamSDK/Pages/default.aspx), and what the cpu are you using is not important.
