Partial 2D and blank 3D images
We have an application that uses IsoView for 2D CGMs and ProductView Express for 3D PVZ files (both products are browser plug-ins for Internet Explorer from PTC). We have many unresolved issues using various ATI cards including ATI Mobility Radeon X1300, ATI Mobility Radeon X1400, ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 and ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro. We always try to find the latest video driver on the PC vendor's website but also search the AMD/ATI site. For 2D, we have issues where the image is either partially blank or the image becomes distorted. For 3D, the image is blank; in some cases, the 3D shows up one time and if they try to view the same image again, it it then blank. In the 3D case, we know the image is there because hovering over it updates a part number field we have in the application even though nothing is displayed.
We have tried various settings (screen resolution, lowering hardware acceleration, etc) but nothing has helped. Looking for any suggestions other than replacing hardware.
