How many scalar and vector registers has new Radeon?

 

How many scalar and vector registers has new Radeon? Where can I find specifications of Radeons?

it should be 256 x 64 x 128bit = 256 kB register file per SIMD.

Thanks! Is there any doc available about it? I see here radeon has an advantage under gt200.

Is this correct? That's quite a jump from the 16kb/SIMD of the 4800.

5870 : 256 x 64 x 128bit x 20SIMD = 5.24 MB

4870 : 256 x 64 x 128bit x 10SIMD = 2.62 MB

So the number of vector GPRs have remained the same in a SIMD unit.
