load cubemap cross from hdrshop error message

hi

i made cubic environement (vertical cross) in hdrshop form a light probs hdr image

and when i load it into cubemapgen (load cub cross Commande button) i got the error message "cannot create input cubemap of size 256 and format A32B32G32R32F."

please anybody tell me whats wrong and how to fix this problem

my graphic card i nvidea geforce fx5200 with shader model 2.0 support

Does it succeed if you load up each face individually?

If not, then please send me the cube cross (or a different one) to test with. My email is <firstname>.<lastname> at amd dot com. I don't have an nv card to test on, but I'll be able to verify whether it is an issue with our tool.
