We at Sucker Punch have hit another problem with the CubeMapGen library. At the moment, it is the only library causing problems moving our tools to 64 bit. It possible to work around this problem, or reverse engineer the library, but I'd rather it just work.
It would be nice if the source to this tool was released so we could get around problems like these without delay.
Barring that, when were you planning on releasing 64 bit versions of the library/application? Say, compiled with VS2008.
