Hi nasrudin,

My apologies! You literally tried to download the driver just as our web team in India was bringing those back to life after those files got corrupted.

Give it a try again. I've been waiting for the guys to get it working before I went to sleep and just verified both with them and by downloading them myself, that the files are all good (we've even got XP not corrupted as well!)

Michael.

Crash upon selecting either "Install" or "Uninstall" for my "Select Installation Operation" dialog.

Vista 32bit, SP2...

Standard segfault (Access Violation), somewhere in mfc80u.dll / usp10.dll, guessing related to rendering text... just guessing wildly... (probably the result of some missing resource from the installer for language specific resources?)

Hi nasrudin, what language are you using in Vista? I've tried this on Win 7 32-bit since that was all I had available. Also, I'm using English. The more info you can provide about your setup, the more I can send over to our driver team to see if they know what the cause might be.

Michael.

English - Here's some basic dxdiag stuff that should be relevant.

Mmm quick update, I've just changed my entire system (locale / language format / location) to (English) United States... same behaviour, same crash, same reason.

I suspect if it works on Win7 for you, it could be specific to Vista or maybe even SP2...

Hi nasrudin, looks like you are on a Mobility Radeon? That might be the difference. Something may not have been turned on properly for the Mobility Radeon. I am looking into it and see if it is a driver issue, and if so, get new ones posted.
