Is the ATI native code compiled by GSA the same as compiled by driver?
Hi, Is the ATI native code compiled by GSA the same as compiled by Catalyst driver which run on the real GPU? Because i have a simple sample HLSL code compiled by GSA and also by the ATI driver, but the number of ALU groups are diffierent.
It should be the same as long as the Catalyst version is the same. Can you either post or email the HLSL shader that you are using? Also what method do you use to get the number of ALU groups from the driver?
