Building a strong ecosystem has been one of the key objectives for the AMD Embedded team, primarily because our customers are using our solutions to design very complicated systems that require reliability, scalability, and long-term availability. In order to speed their design process, our customers need to work with third-party companies, better known as our technology partners, who have the know how for building COTS or customized embedded board solutions, providing world-class manufacturing services, or developing embedded software stacks that span operating systems, firmware, and development tools.
The AMD Embedded team understands the value our technology partners bring to our customers, which is why we are very excited to launch a revamped AMD Embedded Partner Program that better serves our embedded partners’ needs and builds stronger collaboration with our strategic partners going forward.
The program is designed specifically for our Hardware Partners, which will be the first to launch, and we will roll out the program for our Software Partners later this year.
Here are some of key benefits for the four tiers of our Hardware Partners:
- General Members are eligible to receive access to training, sales tools, marketing assets, communications, and General Member logos.
- Select Partners are eligible to receive "General" Member tier benefits plus “Select” logos, an invitation to join the New Product Introduction (NPI) Beta program and will have early access to design materials, silicon samples, and reference design platforms.
- Premier Partners are eligible to receive "Select" tier benefits plus the opportunity to earn co-marketing funds and participate in the co-marketing activities, invitations to attend AMD launch events and the AMD Technology Executive Summit, advance roadmap updates, priority support from AMD HQ and local FAEs, as well as “Premier” logos.
- Elite Partners are eligible to receive exclusive benefits including co-marketing funds, participation in the AMD Technology Executive Summit and AMD Global Sales Conference, priority sales-out promotion, priority support from AMD HQ and global FAEs, an invitation to join the NPI Alpha program, as well as “Elite” logos.
All partners have access to our Partner Portal, a secure website that provides access to many benefits of the program and plus resources to help partners expand their AMD business. On the AMD Partner Portal, partners will have access to: program documentation, sales tools, marketing assets, product and vertical market trainings and newsletters as well as other important announcements from AMD.
